Close but no cigar for Crumboa This is a great improvement over the whisk attachment of my KitchenAid comes with 6-qt professional mixer. In fact, the console is useless to me without Sideswipe. Two drawbacks: 1) The cleaning is a chore. It is difficult to remove the entire mass of the fins. 2) plastic is fagile batter. I learned the hard way. 25 of 26 people found this review helpful. Big spade to the mixer by Dee I bought this because the paddle that came with my KitchenAid mixer 6QT is not the dishwasher, but that's it. I like the way scraping sides of bowl to get a better mix. Before I had to scrape the sides, because, of course, the foil does not touch sides. So far it has remained well and I will never return to the other. 20 of 20 people found this review helpful.
