Amazon.com Review When mixing up big batches of cookies or bread with a KitchenAid mixer, you don't want to have to stop to wash the bowl. An extra bowl to fit the mixer is a welcome addition to a kitchen arsenal, and this bowl earns its place in the cupboard, because it will also be used as a versatile mixing bowl independent of the mixer. It's made of thick polished stainless steel with a brushed steel interior and a flat base to rest securely on the counter. I has a sturdy handle and two brackets for fitting into the mixer. Its superb quality will last through a lifetime of cooking. --Marcie Bovetz

So many recipes call for egg yolks and egg whites are folded together. No two bowls, you have to take the time to the first one in your whip to pay a separate bowl, clean the bowl, KitchenAid, then whip the next ingredient.I often a few batches of bread at once. The separate bowl, mix the bread myself too much and leave them in the right amount allowed Kitchenaid bowls. Some cakes have a separate filling and icing. Two dishes that "if a piece of cake." The grip is especially good when the bowl is wet or greasy.I cook much. Extra-bowl, I worth the price. I'm buying another (third bowl) soon. 36 of 37 customers found this review helpful. This is a bowl of spare parts, what can I say? Ringo If you already have a KitchenAid mixer, you know what that looks like a bowl (unless you have a KitchenAid mixer, because you have for this?) If you are considering this report the bowl three shares quarters: three quarters nests in the original 4.5 cup that comes with the console, it does not work. It has a handle well, which is more important than you might think that when you touch the bowl outlet. If you plan to keep it, consider also the plastic cover for storage, also available on Amazon [. Com]. (They are ideally two to a package). 17 of 18 people found this review helpful. What could be more useful? Stephanie Manley During cooking, and a little 'lack of time outside the bowl can be so useful. I do my own use when I make biscuits, sometimes I do two at a time, and are in place. Or if I make a cake, and I will do everything at once and come back and frost the cake later, I hate to stop what I do to wash a bowl to use it again. If you cook a lot and you could be with limited time, this is a bargain for you. All 74 customer reviews ....
